The so-called “Pressure Regulating
Water-Disconnect Pump”
refers to the
fact that water-disconnect and Pressure Regulating mechanisms are added to
the head structure of the ordinary pressurizing pump to form a new pump
that can both disconnect water and adjust pressure.
On the one hand, in light of fact that
the unique valve structure of the ordinary front water disconnect solenoid
valve of existing RO water purifier systems tends to have glitches in the
process of operation and high-performance water disconnect solenoid valves
are more expensive and not widely used, the original idea was to combine the
water disconnect solenoid valve with the RO pressure pump.
On the other hand, due to the fact
that the increased pressure during start-up of the RO pressure pump can
completely start the water seal discs of the water-disconnect solenoid
valves, ideas were formed to set the solenoid valve water seal discs at the
head of the pressurizing pump.
Finally, a Pressure regulating water
pump of RO water purifier that can cancel the front solenoid valve is
successfully developed.
Experiments show that by replacing
combinations of ordinary pressure pumps and front water disconnect solenoid
valves with the pressure regulating water-disconnect pump, the operational
reliability of the RO water purifier system and its performance-price ratio
can be both enhanced.
